What is flourish?

The mission of flourish is to support women in developing 3 important F’s:

  • Spending time with God daily produces priceless fruit like love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, gentleness, self control, faithfulness, and goodness. Those around you will reap the benefits of the sweet aroma that will come from your devotion to God.

  • Working out a few times a week and doing things as simple as spending time outside has been researched and proven to reduce toxic chemicals in the body like cortisol which often shows up like symptoms of anxiety and depression (which affects everyone whether they admit it or not).

  • Lastly, there is power in numbers. When doing big things like developing discipline and navigating the choices that contribute to a healthy life, you better believe that having support matters. Together, we will support one another to stay the course as we do life together.

Flourish has impacted me to learn to open up and learn things about myself that have been hidden. It allows me to be comfortable and feel safe.
